I've tried this 3 times now and its been great for my practicing.
We have a pretty large city park here in my small town. At the back area of the park is a large concrete foundation covered with a pavilion. The place is pretty much void of people except for maybe late-evening when people go walking and riding in there, and fridays. I bring my stuff (books, belts (sentimental value) change of clothes) in my cool red dragon bag and ride my bike to this pavilion. Streching and doing my practicing of Jeet Kune Do in that big covered pavilion remindes me so much of Kung Fu camp. Being outside in the open where nature is all around is so helpful for a peaceful successful practice.
If you have a similar type thing in your city park, I would reccomend trying practicing in it.
