Stephen Chow, Asia's popular actor/director/writer/producer, will both direct and star in Columbia Picture's live-action feature film The Green Hornet, which is scheduled for release June 25, 2010. In his US directing debut, Chow will take on the role of The Green Hornet's valet/sidekick Kato, a role played on TV by his childhood hero Bruce Lee in the 1960s. The movie adaptation of The Green Hornet will also star Seth Rogen and features a screenplay by Rogen and Even Goldberg, who will also serve as executive producers. Neal H. Moritz is producing the movie under his Original Film production banner. Chow early work in Hong Kong included hosting the kid's TV series 430 Space Shuttle.

I'm glad they are bringing GH back. I hope they bring back David Carradines "Kung Fu" also. Those are the two shows that inspired me when I was a lad in the 70's. I'm actually living a boyhood dream because of those two shows.

Any man who can drive safely while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the kiss the attention it deserves. Albert Einstein
When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That's relativity.

Anything that is even related to Stephen Chow is usually pretty good. I'm sure that Green Hornet will be great.
