You really need to enroll yourself in some old school JKD academy. It would take way too much typing for me to refrence my sources let alone share my humble reply to your questions...

The materials suggested might be a good start?

There are a myriad of positions for your hands and torso IN the so called by jong stance. It is not an isolated way to stand so much a very economic and dynamic mobility platform. Your weapons are deployed from it.
Reference points, timing, leading, sensitivity, rhythm, sectors, speed, NMR footwork and attachments require hands on TRAINING with qualified instructors.

some of the names sound made up by recent jkd people. Have you been watching
"Master Wong" on you tube? Naughty- some coach should have you empty out your back pockets and
grab your ankles (kidding...) Overall, there is ample stuff online about the jkd curriculum in Oakland and in LA.
There are also books by Tackett, Inosanto, Greg Lee, John Little, and others. You can piece it all together from these.
There is enough real material by Bruce himself to keep ordinary mortals like me busy for a long time. There is need need for anyone
to turn it into nuclear physics.

btw- the triangle is explained by Hartsell.
It refers to the standing clinch. The triangle could be filipino footwork.

The best way i found is to study the physincs, kinetics and theory. Then first put ur back against a wall for an hr while a friend etc. does anything they can the defeat u with 50% power 100% speed. At first you will get beaten and suffer minor bruises, bloody noses, racked etc, but slowly you will learn what is necessary. Try every concept or technique u learn or create in a live dynamic spar in trapped range. After proficiency has improved, trade places and keep him on the wall, then u can move to dynamic open setting. This is how i taught myself over 12 years straight. In order to understand the reality you have to experience the realithy as much as possible.

    I'll try...

farazadil, where did you find these drills? A book? A website?

Fake to the fade Three bijong positioning : There is only 1 bi-jong position.

Reference points In the half beat : reference point is connection at the wrists used for training/simulating trapping, see http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...riCKCDTrUKPkA=
-Reference in the half beat means moving their before a opponent can complete a movement, moving in-between the beats. Read Tao of JKD or Chinatown JKD for more information on beats.
Lin sil di dar Matching and unmatching leads : Lin sil di dar means "simultaneous attack and defense" and is a huge part of Wing Chun. Examples include Bong Sao block while Chung Choy (vertical fist) to opponents chest or face.

Sensitivity energy Doan chi sao Don Chi Sao is single handed Chi Sao energy drill. here is the drill: YouTube - WING CHUN TEAM REYS DON CHI SAO SINGLE HAND

Broken rhythm Ching Wu : not sure what this is

Speed paks Sil lim tao : Sil lim tao is the first form of Wing Chun. Not sure what is meant by speed paks.

The six sectors Jeet teks : Jeet teks are the stop kicks of JKD. Not sure what "the six sectors" are. There are many different Jeet Teks.

Mook Jong Five way neuro muscular response drills : Mook Jong is the wooden dummy. "Five way neuro muscular response drill" sounds like something made up recently. (Not by Bruce Lee) It basically means training your reflexes on the wooden dummy.

Siong chi sao Triangular foot work : ???

Independent action Aggressive sticky hands : Aggressive sticky hands just means trapping and chi sao trying to get the hit on your opponent.

    DOES THIS HELP???
    TC

    EDIT:
Ok, thats why Im confused, Farazadil....these drills you copy/pasted incorrectly. There is no "Siong chi sao triangular foot work" drill.

The list you provided should look like this:

    Fake to the fade
    Three bijong positioning
    Reference points
    In the half beat
    Lin sil di dar
    Matching and unmatching leads
    Sensitivity energy
    Doan chi sao
    Broken rhythm
    Ching Wu
    Speed paks
    Sil lim tao
    The six sectors
    Jeet teks
    Mook Jong
Five way neuro muscular response drills
    Siong chi sao
    Triangular foot work
    Independent action
    Aggressive sticky hands

Now these names/drills make alittle more sense
