hey i just got this book, borrowed it from my uncle, it is really good because it says it deals with opponents trying to get away from your attack, it is a pretty interesting book, some nice drills for speed. i just wanted to know if anyone had studied this art before, and ur experience.

I've studied an art similar to Shoalin Chin Na out of a book(Taiji Chin Na) by Yang Jwing Ming. What is the title of your book?

In my book unfortunately the moves are more defensive, I hope to get the book's twin Shoalin Chin Na.

Chin Na, I find, is very useful when intercepting an opponent's attack, and relatively easy to use. Memorization and training with someone else without inflicting injury is the only hard part.
