  • Laws are annoying

I am sorry but I just got to say that I think our laws are really gettting retarded.
    anyone else agree?
I think if two guys really feel the need to act like immature apes and want to go out back and beat the crap out of each other, just let them go, maybe it will teach them some sense, maybe they will realize hey look we are both all beat up and i still hate you, wow i guess nothing was solved!

and with minor laws, i am sorry but if some teenage punk kid thinks he is gonna pull the bad boy act and hits me, i think i am not alone in saying that most of us would lay him out to teach him a lesson, not beat him senseless, but teach him a lesson, which i think is what they need.

I think the law should just stay out of it, not in everything, but come in to reality. you cant throw everyone in jail for fighting. people could settle their differences better i think between each other than getting the law involved. personally i am gonna just be that much more pissed if some guy trys to sue me after i hit, or acidently knocked a tooth out or broke his nose.
c'mon people i think we need to stop acting like such babies about everything. fighting has always been apart of society, and just because some "big shot" in washington thinks that hitting is a no no, we all get our rights taken away. That big shot has no idea what real life is like.
I for one hate people picking on other people. whenever i see it, i do my best to stop it, and one time one of my friends did the same when he saw some kid picking on another kid, and it came to blows and my friend got in lots of trouble cuz he hit the guy. now how retarded is that??

I am sorry but it all just kinda pisses me off. so sorry if i offended anyone.

You're totally right. People are so afraid of violence (because they don't understand it) that they try to pretend it's not there, but it will always be there. They try to punish anyone who's involved in a violent act, right or wrong, because they are so eager to pretend it will just go away. It's such BS.

i agree with everything said, first of all.

and i am not one to support our government, our legal system, or how we officially handle most problems.

but, i think the laws aren't pointed so much at guys who both desire to fight each other. in situations like that, nobody even finds out anyway. cause noone tells anyone..cause they were both willing.

the laws are more pointed at finding out which person was trying to avoid confrontation, and which person was the aggressor.

of course, this doesn't work so well, because no situation is usually that clear. usually both people are egging it..and one takes it to a physical level.

the problem is with people who both want to fight, they fight, and then one turns into a bitch and sues the other, and presses charges..and on and on.

or a guy whips a bottle at your car or something, you walk over to see what his problem is, and he mouths off, and does something equally stupid. of course, eventually, lots of us will want to pound him. this is the alpha wolf concept. and one of the reason I hate the laws against aggression. some people NEED to be slapped. i mean, that's not my buddhist nature talking, so much.. but it's true. if a guy is used to being a bully, he'll stop, if everytime he pulls his routine someoen tries to slap him down. i almost think it's a duty that we've long ago forgotten. when we were tribal, that was always taken care of..

i agree with you guys tho.. there should be some method for handling things physically. even if it were in a boxing ring or on a designated mat..a conflict resolution system for guys who want to go physical.

I've always been one to have those laws applied to those who passed them. Bet we would see fewer of them. Such sheltered lives they live, huh?

        Peace
