The name is Korean. It probably is some style that someone made up. Probably re-packaged TKD. Go see for yourself. -
From what I gather
Wong moo kwan is the name of the dojo.
They are probably teaching hapkido as are these schools. Must be similar to the schools provided below.

there are so many TRY HARD TKDs out there.
the only taekwondo is that is real is ITF TAEKWONDO
