I don't think that Kyuk Too Ki is very well known outside of South Korea. I've seen video tape of it. It looks like a combination of Muay Thai, Taekwon-Do and San Shou.
I think there is also a Bare Knuckle tournament held in Colorado (or at least there was) called the Kyuk Too Ki. Kind of the Korean answer to the Sabaki Challenge. Aside from that, I don't know of any schools that teach it.
