I guess that would depend on which Martial arts that they mixed MMA is becoming a style of its own usually MT and BJJ but mixed martial arts can and was used to refer to mixing more than one style the style its self did not matter so what styles are we talking about.
i say MMA because it is simple, but lets say i am reffering to the ground-and-pound technique since it is my favorite.
Thank you very much the person that I was conversing with left. funny that usually happens when you get on a thread. the only reason that I said you can write what ever you want is because I can't stop you or may'be I can let me see what I can do....

Yes, let's see.
Btw, didn't you say you were ignoring me? What happened to that? Maybe your ignoring is too deadly to use in real life and you were just demonstrating what you could do.
Ground and pound is ignorant TKD wins If you would have said MT and BJJ . I would have said that they would win because more than one art is usually superior to just one art but ground and pound come on you are just not going to execute that on someone thats even semi skilled in stand up .A nice tameshiwara strike to the base of the skull during the shoot in will put an end to all that sillyness permanently....

LOL
Yeah, that's what'll happen. I mean look at how often that works when...oh, wait a minute...no, just the opposite seems to happen most often. Hmmmmm
Yes you are correct I was simply Demonstrating what I could do.But I wouldnt really do that because reading and replying to your post is way too much fun(annoying but fun) But please keep in mind that I could ignore you at any time the technique is there at my disposal if the need ever arises. I just choose not to use it at this time.

I'm sorry but if you haven't actually executed it, I can't believe you are capable of doing it.

have you seen the smashing machine dvd......okay then shut up. this guy shoots in on everyone. and then knees/punches them in the face. i do think MT is the best stand up. which is basically what i do. if your tameshiwara strike is so high and mighty and effective against takedowns, how come no one in nhb uses it??????????? because it does not work.
