For those of you that talk smack about TKD check this out. I think that all styles are unique and have their strenghts and weaknesses. You should respect all of them. There was a even cooler TKD video. I will give the link once I find it again.

Yup ITF sparring and then some MMA stuff at the end. Kicks were okay, but the hands were terrible.

and 2 minutes of throwing the guy in the air and look at trophies.

I don't know if I would say it is a cool clip, but it is a large clip.

i enjoyed the clip, nice to see some evidence for the anti TKD people that it can be used as an effective fighting art.

it still won't convince them. I would still like to see someone use TKD to full effect.

Heck I teach TKD there just aren't enough people working at that level or teaching at that level.

Any martial art can be good, it just depends on the person expressing it.

Ive seen this before. Its pretty good but nothing will ever convince these people to think TKD is effective. And I have seen worse punching in MMA fighting anyway.
Are you judging the Juarez guys punches or his opponents? in point fights punches are thrown all the time to score points but in the MMA punches are thrown to hurt people. But in the MMA I have seen alot of slop especially the ground and pound types.
It would be cool to find a school that teaches people to fight well and only be a 1st dan!

The kicking was good. Needs to learn some boxing though.

That dude has to work on his technique a lot, I'm confident that he could be pretty good, but he needs to learn self control and fight better opponents, i wonder how many of those are from his school as well.
