For those of you that talk smack about TKD check this out. I think that all styles are unique and have their strenghts and weaknesses. You should respect all of them. There was a even cooler TKD video. I will give the link once I find it again.

Tang Soo Do for those who dont know =
60% Soo Bahk
30% Northen Chinese
10% Southern Chinese
TSD is both a hard and soft style, derriving hardness from Soo Bahk, and soft flowing movements from Northen Chinese systems.
edit:I cant belive i bought into this ^lies, lies. TSD is shotokan with a Korean name and an emphasis on hip movement.
i enjoyed the clip, nice to see some evidence for the anti TKD people that it can be used as an effective fighting art.

Ive seen this before. Its pretty good but nothing will ever convince these people to think TKD is effective. And I have seen worse punching in MMA fighting anyway.
Are you judging the Juarez guys punches or his opponents? in point fights punches are thrown all the time to score points but in the MMA punches are thrown to hurt people. But in the MMA I have seen alot of slop especially the ground and pound types.
It would be cool to find a school that teaches people to fight well and only be a 1st dan!
