I Love Watching these guys because they are so fast. I hate watching them because they don't keep there bloody hands up, and there Self-Defence is nothing but "choreographed gymnastics".

never said that... in the video they have choreographed self-defense. Did you watch the video? That is why i started the thread, if you were impressed by the self-defence, by all means lets test it out. WTF has lots of value, I worked side by side with a WTF instructor. She was a amazing person, and very good at sparring, she produced a lot of great students.

P.s. Extreme Martial Arts is the Choreographed Martial art
