Hapkido vs Combat Hapkido

What is the main real difference between traditional Hapkido & Combat Hapkido. Do you think Combat Hapkido has been geared more towards a Krav Maga style? Overall what do think of this new Style.

I dont get how 'Combat' hapkido can be a new style
