does anybody have a list of target drills using one or two of the pork-chop shaped targets...

if not... anyone wanna just throw out some of their favorite drills?

    thanks

Is there a list? I think you could basically make one up yourself by combining all the kicks you learned. I don't think there's an official list, except for the poomsae.

One of the drills that I like is a low roundhouse kick (more like a fake) followed up with a jumping hook kick. People tend to fall for the fake roundhouse and get caught off guard with the hook kick. But be careful when you practice this because you might miss the target and end up hitting your partner. LOL

mix that in with low roundhouse high roundhouse and you get a lot of connections

Advanced kicks- Have 4-6 people hold paddles (They are called paddles by the way) around you in an even manner but at varying heights.

Mix in turning hook kicks with jumping turning hooks and spin roundhouses. Don't stop until you begin to feel dizzy. Stop and take a breather for 30 seconds then continue again with varying heights yet again but same kicks.

With lower belts (White through about Green) I would have about 3 targets where they vary between round house kicks and axe kicks.
