intentional falling is not legal in ATA tournaments. Been a long time since I competed in WTF so I don't know what the current rules say

WTF won't count the points from the kick currently. I'm not sure what they would do if it resulted in a KO. Maybe a DQ? I'll have to look to see if I can find out.

Tae kwon do has some powerful kicks. In this video, a TKD kid lands an explosive spinning wheel kick to his opponents head.

Tom that was a spinning hook kick not wheel kick (or also called a outside to inside crecent kick)

Crescent kicks hit with the side of the foot and are more circular
