Chest protection

Does anyone know of a chest protector that is solid and not foam? I would like to wear something during class to protect my chest just in case I get hit in three step sparring drills. Had all of my ribs broken in a car crash about 15 years ago.

We use Budo Nord equipment in our club (Taekwondo). They're awesome!
