I smell a little Bullshido. Maybe he has some proficiency in those styles but I couldn't really say if he was certified in all of them.

      Some thoughts for you.

It does seem a little unlikely that someone would have a master level in all those martial arts, especially with someone as young as the guy in the picture. However, it is possible that there are multiple instructors teaching the various martial arts. I always offer this advice to people who are trying to find out how to choose a martial arts school: D. Vigil?s Taekwondo and Karate school, Northville, Novi, Plymouth Michigan

      I hope this helps!

Edited to say: Weird that the link shows up just as my websites title, but it's the right link to the info.

It's highly likely that the instructor is certified in a variety of those arts. Based on the symbology of the various arts he teaches, it's likely that he's trained in California at the Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts. Several of the systems listed, Particularly the Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai and Mande Muda either are currently taught or have been taught in the past at the Academy and many of the students and Instructors that come out of that school have instructor level certs in several arts.

My suggestion would be to ask the instructor what his background is and who his instructors are. If he's legit, he shouldn't have any problem with that and should be more than happy to provide information regarding his background and training.

He has a well done website. My gripe is the one hour classes and 30 minute classes for toddlers. I can see 30 minute classes for a 4 year old but I don't see how any adult can really achieve much in a 1 hour class twice a week.

I would say it depends on the size of the class. If its like 7 or 8 people in the class then you could probably learn a lot because a lot of the time could be spent 1 on 1. Now if the class had say 15 to 20 people then I'd sday your right, your not going to learn much. Their web site looks good. And they are supposedely Gracie certified to teach (under the Renzo Gracie name). They may be legit.

The Jiu Jitsu classes are two hours long.
