What is the experience of the forum members that have stopped training for an extended period ( a year or more) and then resumed their training?
Was the physical memory, (as the cliche) like riding a bike, still pretty much in place. Was your base still good, your escapes, etc.
I'm sure the stamina isn't as robust, but I'm not asking about conditioning. I just want to know if the "zone" was anywhere close to attainable.
