normally I wouldn't worry about such statements. Going back and reading your posts you seem like a down to Earth fellow. However, after Great Sage's hysterical rant, admittedly I'm a little less tolerent of such things.

I'm glad to see you weren't really offended. Next time put a smiley face to let us old farts know such things are meant to be humerous.

Nah, I don't waste my time disliking someone for something they cannot change.

However, if an individual were to prove himself to be a worthless ass due to attitude, action, or statement then I take great joy in making said individual as miserable as possible.

If any one is a racist it's someone who makes blanket accusations in the middle of a tantrum.

Oh... So I guess when someone makes a remark such as "Blacks are bigger, Whites are stronger and Asians are smarter," it's not racism... Gee, those sure sound like stereotypes based on race... Hmm... Oh, and then there's the idea that Chinese people are responsible for "Our Plane" just because they ARE Chinese... Wait a minute! Doesn't that make them communists as well?! BTW, did I tell you what a great job you've been doing? No?! Well, it's probably because there hasn't been a whole lot of good things to speak of... But ofcourse, you know that.

But don't worry too much... Afterall, you're 100% Caucasian, which means you're stronger than I am, although not smarter because I have 1/8 Asian blood in me. Well, I'm smart enough to know that I've got a life to get back to and this forum is the least of my concerns... I've already ask Tim to cancel my membership. You'd be hard pressed to find any reference by Szczepankiewicz to racial topics.

Those comments may or may not be racist. It depends on the context. But, instead of dealing with the situation and addressing the situation in detail with the parties involved you accused the forum of condoning racist views and blew your cork like a three year old.

Reverend Jackson would be so proud.

You came to this conclusion based on your perception. The forum doesn't condone much of anything. Representitives of this forum (i.e. forum leaders) did not post in support of anything promoting stereotypes of any nature.

There are obvious and derogatory racist stereotypes found within this forum (some listed below).

What is obvious to one is not necessarily obvious to all. What appears racist to me is not, apparently, what appears racist to you.

For example, Jesse Jackson is racist. Al Sharpton is racist. Martin Luther King Jr. was NOT a racist. Again, that is my opinion.

However, I’m more disappointed in the fact that the moderators of this forum have continued to ignore such distasteful threads.

Did you discuss this situation with ANY of the forum leaders? To my knowledge you made no such efforts.

But...again.... you keep coming back.

I intend to leave, since most people will argue for the sake of “freedome of speech”, “freedom of expression.”

"Freedom of speech" is guaranteed in the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

However, and this is something sorely missing in your education, it has nothing that guarantees your right 'not to be offended'. I've looked and I've looked and I am unable to find anything....

Nor does it guarantee that you or other forum members can say what you want without regard to consequences.

Every action has it's consequences.

If you were truly offended, and requested that I look into the issue I, having the respect I once had for you, would certainly have looked into the issue and we would have discussed the issue, at length to come to some sort of reasonable course of action.

Just remember though. One day when your kids are being influenced by internet predators, or racist propaganda, it’s their freedom to do so...

Just like me, my children will be raised by their parents to avoid being influenced by the massive quantities of evildoers and ignorant people. Like myself, they will be able to discern facts from opinion, perception from reality, and make decisions based on their individual value systems.

Apparently, not everyone feels we have a responsibility to humanity, even within an internet forum.

I have no responsilbilty beyond myself, my family and my friends. In my role as moderator of this forum and administrator of Martial Direct I have a responsibility to parties I chose to work with and members of said forums.

And that is precisely why I will not stand by and let chuckleheads, such as yourself, get away with behaving in this nature.

Additionally, you were given ample opportunity to either explain yourself and/or to apologize. You refused. Therefore you have proven to me that you don't care that you may have offended others in your retaliation for being offended.


As far as you not thinking I'm doing a good job, well... you're entitled to your opinion. I'm not here to make everyone warm and fuzzy. My role as a moderator is simply to keep the forum from degenerating into a troll infested cesspool as so many other online forums have become.

If you, or any other member, do not think I'm being fair, or objective in my attempts at moderation, feel free to take it up with Tim. He has the last say on everything concerning this forum.

AND FINALLY...

were you to call me a racist to my face one of us would be going to the hospital.

People throw that "racist" allegation around a little too freely. Its like a Witch Hunt. Disgraceful and shameful. And, of course, it gives real racists the opportunity to hide behind the hordes of wrongly accused.
