Who is practcicing russian martial arts (SYSTEMA, ROSS, combat Sambo...) on the forum? Let us talk about those arts....
I am myself curious about the groundwork of SYSTEMA-ROSS as I haven't seen it yet (started ROSS six months ago) and the russian (light) weight training methods to increase punching power.... any feedback would be usefull.
