Head of Systema in the UK

Hi all,

The head of Russian Systema will be holding a couple of UK seminars.

One will be Knife defences, the other will be about confrontation.

Maybe worth a look - alot of cotroversy surrounds this guy - is his stuff real or fake??

I am hoping to test this out for myself.

My t.p. got instruction in knive fighting from one of M.R. student's and it looks nice.....
lots of precision work and usefull teachings that have been tested in the field.....

he also showed me empty hands and it seems that it has a lot of common with internal chinese martial arts and filipino martial arts....
for example they have kind of Tai Chi pushing hands, Bagua exercises (double wirling cup), triangle principles, their own qigong, train in slow pace.....

they can hit with enormous power and have a concept called shockwave that makes use of the whole body (similar to fa jing)... my friend (amateur boxer) got droped after one single punch by the instructor, same thing happened to MT peoples who came to spare.... all of them quickly enrolled afterwards....
