I got these books for Christmas this past year, and they're awesome. Chock full of techniques that are of the utmost usefulness. Has anyone else read these books?

Yep its a pretty good. Not all the moves are practical for fighting on the street though. Still it has some good ideas. Have you tryed his work out tapes?
