  • Finally started BJJ training

    I had my first BJJ class on Friday and I am still sore, especially my neck and stomach muscles. We started with some basic cardio, then break falls, then drills. We practiced arm bars from the guard. It was harder to do than I thought it would be.

    Can't wait till the next class.

    Awesome! I'm on my 6th class, and I've learned so much so far! I still get beat by everyone (most of them are much more experienced) but I've improved a lot and now it takes 1 and a half minutes instead of 30 seconds for them to make me tap, haha.

      lol.........keep up the good work!

      I remember my first lesson and some big lumox sat on me for what seemed like a millenia but was actually about 10 -15 minutes!

      And everything I had ever learnt was.........useless!
      Makes you wonder?
