Doors open at 12 noon
Sol ‘Zero Tolerance’ Gilbert from London Shootfighters is pleased to announce that his long awaited Mixed Martial Arts School is holding it’s grand opening on Saturday 1st May (doors open at 12 noon).
There will be Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Karate demonstrations as well as an open mat session - So don’t forget your training gear. Chris Eubank and Scott Welch will be around for a meet and greet session as well as UK MMA’s finest Alex Reid, Gaz Rorriston and Paul Jenkins to name a few. To top all that, Britain’s most recent UFC winner and Middle weight contender Lee Murray will be around training and sharing his knowledge.
Come and see our fully matted area, boxing ring, kick/punch bags, full range of cardio vascular and resistance machines, free weights area, chill out area with juice and protein bar and much more.
There's also a BBQ on saturday.
