  • Something from my fighting diary

    I keep a sparring/fighting diary writing about my fights and sparring sessions and general ramblings on fighting. Today I listed reasons to train and not train. Feel free to contribute.

    Reasons to fight and not to fight. Not to fight: Ego is hurt. Body is hurt and may require operation to feel better. Can be using my time for things which may be better. Feeling of exhaustion and tiredness afterwards.

    To fight: Remain youthful physically. Remain youthful spiritually. Remain youthful mentally. Good cardio. Physically strong. Get to know yourself better in those “moments of truth”. Prepares you to push yourself harder in adverse conditions outside of training. Prepares you to fight bad guys best you can. Good memories.
