Pride has been doing a lot of Gracie vs Japan or something else besides Japan but they never seem to have something big like this. I think Russian Top Team vs Chute Boxe would be the ultimate challenge. I would place my bet on the Russian Top Team. I do not think that Silva could handle Fedor especially with Fedors timing on the takedowns. Rua could not handle Sergei and I am not sure about the other fights. Whats everyones pick on who would win and what do you think the matches should be.

CKD, Chute Boxe vs. Russian Top team would be a pretty sick match up. I'm not too sure about the other matches but I think Fedor would whip Silva too. The guy has some good locks and and I like his takedowns and style. Did you see his match with Randleman?

Sambo fighters, specifically the RTP are doing good in mma recently. Since Samboist have good takedowns they don't often get into the trouble that some BJJ fighters have of not being able to take a dude down. Also the Combat portion of Sambo has a good deal of striking. Sambo was refined in matches like BJJ. Combat Sambo comp are basically mma with a gi on so the Samboist refined there art in these matches. Fedors brothers Alexandre I think actually competed in of those after a Pride match. It used to be an only military thing but now its open to the public.Comment
