I use ICQ, but not that much. I hate it when I get disconnected and a window that's up changes to ICQ's homepage when ICQ connects again.
I like Yahoo Messenger the most. It has news, voice chat, stock quotes, sports, and alerts you when you get yahoo e-mail. The window automatically minimizes when you click on a different screen, unlike ICQ.
I had AIM, but after keeping Yahoo Messenger on, it just became a distraction to me.
I also like the Yahoo toolbar.
