Nothing major, but I think I either strained a muscle on my ribcage or cracked a rib (my left front, right below my pec). It's funny: I can work out with a heavy bag as long as I don't do any left round kicks. Right knees are a nono, and I cant jump rope, run, or do situps/crunches. I cant do any floor excercizes for grappling or whatnot. What's worst is SNEEZING ouch! I want to pass out every time I sneeze.
I've had it for a week and a half now and it is really slow in getting better. It's killing me because I feel like I am itching all over inside, but I know I need to take it easy for a while to let things grow back together...
I'm gonna try swimming for cardio and just keep working the bag with my hands (but I've been doing that so much lately that my wrists are getting swolen and painful).
Anyway, not much to do with MMA, I just CANT DO ANY right now and it's wearing me out.
