Russian Draka

Can anyone give me more info on Draka? I know the competetion rules and everything but can anyone give me more info? Links would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know about the history of draka, techniques, stuff that they train in that is not allowed in the sport, and some links to schools that teach it would be great. I wonder if they have books or instructional tapes.

The word "draka" means "fight". Are you refering to "Sambo"?

Draka is a Russian form of kickboxing that allows throwing and takedwons along with typical kickboxing techniques. But it is a different art than sambo. It is similar in the fact that both were created by the goverment after studying various martial arts but they are different.
