New Nunchaku Instructional Video

There is a great instructional video for nunchucks (Nunchaku) at www.nandargroup.com/Streetwise.htm that teaches you all the blocks, striking, dragging, hand spins etc.. It has a section on street fighting how to block and protect yourself. But he also, has a special edition on how to build custom made nunchucks to fit your build and hand size, which helps elimnate you injurying yourself with them.
