I just came from a Seminar in Denver with Rigan and Jean Jacques' Blackbelt Dave Meyer. Dave is 41 years old...same age as Randy Couture, and he spanked my ass up and down the mat; Taught a great seminar too!

It is so nice to be re-inspired like that every once in a while!
