John Marsh is a great addition to Pride, rumours were that he was going to fight in the next UFC but it looks like Pride scooped him first. John Marsh has a wrestling and boxing background he has fought in alot of smaller events. He had a controversiol judges loss to Jeremy Horn (I thought Marsh should of won or a Draw), he lost to Josh Barnett, and he had a very close decision to Vladmir Matyshenko in a awesome match that had both fighters giving a great effort, very entertaining match that had a bit of everything. Ricco will be the favorite but Mash has enough skills to pose a major threat, should be a great fight.

I have rolled with Marsh and the man is an animal. I am hoping he will win this fight, he is a force to be reckoned with no doubt

hmmmmm... a close fight with horn and a loss to barnett? sorry, i gotta go with ricco all the way. no disrespect to marsh, but i think ricco is technically better than horn and he's MUCH bigger.

Both his decision losses against Horn and Vladdy could have easly been called wins by the judges. Marsh was submited by Barnett but remember it was in the same tourament that had Rico being KOed by Hoffman and Marsh is a technically better then Hoffman in striking. I know you will say that Rico has improved his standup since that loss but I hear Marsh has improved his ground game alot since that loss in Superbrawl also.
