hello all i have until reciently been a member/ black belt of a school. But the school went out of buisness and disbanned, so i'm looking for a new name for what MY school will be, can anyone help?

Goshin Jutsu is based on the principles of Aikido and includes techniques from Yoshinkai Aikido, founded by Gozo Shioda, Kodokan Judo, a system of Jujutsu founded by Jigoro Kano, Shotokan Karate, a martial art system of empty hand fighting founded by Gichen Funakoshi and Kobu-Jutsu, a martial art system that uses unconventional weapons. GJJ is a combination of these styles.
So this is basically just a GJJ school? Who was your instructor, Steve Tubbs? I see he moved to melbourne. The reason I ask is that you may have trouble starting your own school. There are plenty of satelite schools in the Pennsylvania area where Durant settled. Hanshi Capela is still teaching there.
Really you could just use your last name as in Barra karate. The name is not as important as the instructor.Comment
