I know I am opening up a whole can of worms here but wondered if anyone actually found a way of getting their stuff from www.mmagear.com.
I ordered $200 worth of stuff weeks ago and still no sign of it. The usual not answering emails or updating the order status on the web site has been going on. My credit card got billed 2 weeks ago saying order would be shipped within 72 hours. Ha ha (gotta laugh about it)
Anyone got any advice?

I hate to reference other sites but check out mma.tv, there are a ton of complaints about mmagear. I am not sure if the owner posts there as well, but check out similar threads over there to see if there are any answers.

I have ordered twice from MMAgear.com, and even though it took a long time to get the orders, they both eventually did come.

To be honest, I only order from MMAgear when they are having a really good sale and if I don't need the stuff right away. My last order was for a bunch of really cheap t-shirts (Hunter, Koral, and BTT) that came out to like $9-$10 each, but I did have to wait for like 2-3 weeks before they got here.

BTW the tracking numbers they give you don't even work because it's impossible to find the EMS tracking page for Brazil and the US postal service usually doesn't update THEIR tracking page until about 2 days after you've received the package. Things would be MUCH easier if they switched from EMS to UPS or FedEx.

Thanks for the replies gents, seems I may have been a little hasty!
Just got a mail saying they have shipped my order and I should get it within 5-7 working days. Apparantly the customs papers were lost in transit.
I'll keep my fingers crossed and let you know when I recieve my gear.
This is the first post I have put on the forum - shame it was a negative one.

Tracking

Just to let anyone who is interested know - if you order from mmagear and they give you a tracking number for EMS (Express Mail Service) and you are trying to get things delivered to the UK - use the following web site to track and trace your order:

Im not sure if this works for other countries but try it....

According to parcelforce, my parcel arrived in the destination country this afternoon! 6 weeks late, but Im still not getting my hopes up cause it isn't in my hands. I just hope whats in the box is what I ordered....
