  • went on mma shopping spree

Well, this christmas I wanted to learn more about nhb, soI went on a little shopping spree, to gain more knowledge, since I am a cagefighter. I needed a new training method so I got the entire Frank Shamrock ultimate fighting system, 3 rings competitions that will show submissions in actual fights, The entire PRIDE set, to see the best of the best, and kings of pancrase, and pancrase truth series. Also a renzo gracie jiu jitsu collection.I want to add an arsenal of submissions as well as conditioning to my game.

Since you are a cagefighter, you forgot to buy a cage...

tony, i have it and i must say i have one of the 1st editions! (lol)

i think it's pretty cool and it's definitely jam packed with info/techniques.

i think it's all "no gi" stuff (i haven;'t looked at it in a while). if there is any gi stuff, it's VERY minimal.

i've heard nothing but good things about it from anyone who comments on it.

it's really amazing just how much info there is in it. the guys really did a great job on it. it was a definite team effort.

                worth the $80 for sure!
