Time poor folks should train core strength and fundamental techniques of their arts...


Nothing will help you prevail more than ATTITUDE or fail faster... a victim mindset is a terrible thing. Loose that first and the rest is easy.

If you are poor, do Boxing and Judo. Fees at your local Boxing gym and Judo Club are very cheap and you will get good training.
