How many push-ups do you do?
I was doin 60 times, 3x20. Then I add' +20 more = 80, 4x20; I was trainin like this 3 weeks and my heart started to ache. Now there's month past since I quit training, and I still 'feel' my heart sometimes. Do I did it wrong? I was doin it on speed and rest 5 minutes between approaches.
