My tkd instructor invited his childhood freing from korea over to teach us his art. he showed us sserium which is this amazing korean wrestling style in which u start out in a clinch kinda position and then try to throw your opponent in a judo/greco-roman type style. It seemed like a good art for self defend and one kid even got K.O.ed from a throw. I am thinkin about taking time off of my TKD training to really persue this. It fit me perfectly better than tkd ever did and i was good at it from the start. What was even more amazing was that there were only about 8 moves. I know it sounds simple but it was all this guy needed to hand out some serious ass woopins when some of our 2nd degree black belts got cocky and tried to fight him. I beleive i have found my art and dont wanna do much else but practice it. i wanna add a few low kicks and punches also. anyway here is a link to a vid of it. srry if you have to copy paste I still dont really know how to put a link up. http://www.turtlepress.com/index.asp...PROD&ProdID=79

Dang I thought that was going to be an ACTUAL video link so I could watch a fight.
I have heard of this style. I saw it on TV years and years ago. I forgot the name of it.
Is it a like like regular wrestling?
I need my TKD, and I need hapkido, and kumdo and now I need Sserium. I would be the ultimate korean stylist!
