Like some Mr Miyagi type shit, and can be used to kick some ass should the need arise. Any suggestions?
You don't need a school of martial arts, you need to eliminate the tendency to get tensed up and overly-focused in a fight. Notice that Mr. Miyagi's primary thing was to always be relaxed and calm, no matter how crazy things got. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any schools that actively address this in a way that you can accomplish it in less than 5 years.

You would be better served by picking up the "Shock-Ability" training videos by Scott Sonnon. I've worked with the material for a while, just me and another guy in our own time, and the results are great. When I do go visit my old martial arts schools, I am so calm in practice and sparring sessions that it's like I've kept training... I don't have much trouble. I just don't get phased by much and my effectiveness has improved.
