What are the details for the (apparently the only one) MMA/BJJ store in the LA area? I think it's the only shopfront dedicated to MMA/BJJ.

Mostly I want to browse, and I didn't want to spend my time in LA looking for the store - I wanted to know where it is now so that when I get there, I can go straight there!... I definitely need some no-gi stuff, and will probably buy a gi or two while I'm over there as well...
