Don't knock it till ya tried it. There are some good san da and san shou fighters.

San Da is about the same level as pankration, draka and other full-contact/takedown arts.

        San Da

Angelfire on Lycos, established in 1995, is one of the leading personal publishing communities on the Web. Angelfire makes it easy for members to create their own blogs, web sites, get a web address (domain) and start publishing online.

Its a combination of muay thai and wrestling. San da fighters are becoming more competitive on the world stage and have taken some victories against muay thai fighters. One of two san da fighters have made it to the finals in K-1 (not allowed to takedown ofcourse).

They can't take on the muay thai champs, though. The thai champs still reign.
