  • Jeff Speakman?

He's doing a one day seminar at a Kenpo studio in town.
Any body know anyhting about him? Is he worth a 40.00 seminar?

I'd almost go just to see a different style, but I don't want to waste my time either...

      I think (!) he was a first-generation student of Ed Parker's.

For forty bucks? Go for it! You might pick up a dirty trick or two.

Now for me, I've got a seminar on Saturday with Carlos Gracie Jr. and Marcio Feitosa. It's $150, so I won't be able to eat next month, but I'm really looking forward to it!

I saw him in a film called the perfect weapon where he played the lead role. He certainly has some good moves. Also he was the technical director for Ed Parkers American Kempo Karate (I dont know if he still is)

He would definately be worth a look.

Even if you just pick up 2 or 3 new ideas or moves; it certainly is worth $40.00.
