i watched the ones with headgear, chestgaurds, shingaurds, gloves, and kicks....then i watched one with what looked like 8oz or 12 oz gloves, some kinda kickboxing with no elbows, then and interview with some guy swinging a stick, some champion on the news.... and like the last one...I didn't watch everyone of them....maybe there are some cool ones in there I missed...

buncha throws on people who are kicking way to high. I did like the step in steven sagal style step behind the hip and throat check with the elbow joint. It was allright, at least they are kicking and moving at a decent combat speed in that one. Still not really impressed. I've got a video on my comp I DL'd on ares called 21 jeet kune do moves, it's some scottish dude and he's the fastest guy i've ever seen, it's just him teaching his students and he's just going to town on them with traps and punches. It's a tight freakin vid. Yall should DL it if you can.

check out the info on www.SanDaTrainingSystems.com

we use elbows, hitting on ground, etc.. it is a complete system, don't judge the art by one particular tournament

I wish I could watch those clips but I can't because I'm on a work computer. Hopefully I'll get a chance to enter some san da matches soon. I know there's a tournement in NJ coming up next month but it's too far for me to travel right now. San da is awesome, I just wish there was more of it.

do you have any preview clips for dl from those training dvd's. its a great way for someone to sample the product before they shell out the cash.

Nevertheless, this shit rules, I wish I could do it.
It is not kickboxing, it is TCMA sparring, it so happen that China have open up and introduce many excellent fighters something that before China open up many TCMA fighters were of low caliber.

The rules in san shou has been the general rules of most kung fu sparring which are kick, punch & takedown. Thanks to China, it is now being introduce internationally.

One thing I cannot stand with UFC and many western MMA tournaments are the loud side coaching, it is so anoying. They should banned side coaching when the fight is in progress let the fighters alone and let the best fighter win.
