any recomendations for a good school in the bay area california

hey whats up yall...im looking for a school in da bay cali...somewhere around oakland , san leandro , berkelely area. im looking for more of an offensive art..takedowns, striking, and some grappling. sumthing for street self defense if possible....please anyone give me their schools...ive been looking for a while now and needa train asap!
