    I am almost 6' tall and my in-seam in 30". Having said that, I am a mesomorph-build and have thighs that can start a fire if I wear corduroys. In any case, the triangle is pretty much out of the question for me, so from the guard, what submissions should I be working other than the arm-bar.

    I get so frustrated when I have to fight off the legs of the lankier opponents.

    Try working chokes, Gi Chokes, Guillotine Chokes, etc... or the Kimura... or just work your sweeps and mount em... Jiu Jitsu is great in the aspect you can adapt it to your body size, I know a very tall guy who has a significantly different game than other people, what he does works for him though..
