Great 2 days of training with GSP. More than 100 people showed up over the 2 days. GSP showed his favorite techniques including his kumra setups, single leg takedowns, muay thai clinch attacks/defense and kyokushin karate kicking techniques.
He was very down to earth and a truly likeable guy. He tried to spar with as many people as he could. On Saturday he rolled for quite a while with many people. On Sunday he did MMA sparring for 40 minutes straight calling different seminar participants into the ring every 2-3 minutes. The guy is a machine.
We took him out to party also and the man knows how to have a good time. Awesome experience and hope to have him back soon.
