  • Trouble with Old Waza technique!

Anyone know how to apply the proper amt. of pressure to the "bicep squeeze"? I keep making my training partners pass out and they're less and less willing to train with me.

Leg bicep squeeze from spinning out of the Old Guard position. Almost like the New Waza's Omoplata but pressure point instead of shoulder crank.
      thx.

Ok, if yiu are in the Old Gaurd trying for an Old Waza Bicep squeeze you sould stand up to escape the Old Gaurd.
Once yiu have escaped the gaurd you hook his left foot under your armpitt. Then you place your right foot onto his lower stumik and leen back cranking his ankel thats trapped under yiur armpitt. Then when yiu are laying on the ground you do an armwrap around his left lower leg bicep. Once you have applyed the arm wrap you can sqeeze with as much or as little force as you choose.

        Hope tis helps.

Dan, it sould be obvious to you.
We are cutting off blood supply from the ankel to the brain, thus cuasing the person to pass out.

No,no. They are passing out due to the pressure point. Not because of blood restriction. I will have to try cutting off the blood tonight during Old Waza training. Thanks for the tips.
