And now to answer my own question...

I placed an order for Mario Sperry's Master Series 1 (six DVDs plus Day of the Zen, a documentary about training at BTT) on May 2. They arrived this morning, May 9. No problems, no complaints! I consider a seven day delivery to be great for a US to Canada order. With the exchange rate at $1.10, I'll be ordering from them again!
