Hi,
I hope this is not too commercial for this board but I am looking for real martial arts instructors, not McDojos.
My name is Neil Cohen, I am marketing consultant and life long martial artist. I specialize in unearthing hidden revenue streams and building automatic marketing systems that allow business owners to put their operations into cruise control. After September 11th, my instructor came to me with some terrible news. He was going to close the school in twenty days. Icouldn't believe it and wasn't ready to let him give in on his dream. I pleadged my time and knowledge to saving everything he worked so hardd to achieve. I took all my years of sales and marketing and helped my instructor rebuild. Recently, I was asked by another instructor to help him save his business. I am a giving person but I have two kids and full time job. I just couldn't dedicate my self to another project like this without putting my family and employer out so offered him the next best thing. I told him I could give him me" in-a-box". Basically a blue print of the the steps we had taken and the tools we used to create a prosperous and profitable school out of the ashes.
What started out as a favor has now turned into a full fledged "how to" manual on everything from yellow page advertising to how to answer your phone. The material is not my spin on the same old karate school marketing but an interpretation of from years of research into what works in other industries. Since every school we saw was struggling like us, we knew we couldn't do it the same way every other martial arts schools was and expect any better results.
I will admit that it still is pretty rough and we are not sure when or even or if it will ever be made available to the general public. My mentor suggested I get some knowing eyes, or ears, to help me smooth it out. Basically he said "find 100 people who have to use this stuff to put food on the table and they will tell you the harsh truth." So, I am going to open the vault and share the tools that allowed us to double the student body and triple the average monthly revenue from each student on a number of totally free conference calls.
Nothing will be sold on the calls because there is nothing to sell. I will just review the material that is each module and then ask that the participants send me comments and maybe answer a few questions. Plus I will take any questions you may have. Anything that comes out of the calls, questions, comments, etc, will be sent to all the participants as a thank you.
If you have a school or are thinking of opening one, please drop me an email and I will send you the conference call info. The first call will be on "Doubling Your Yellow Page Results Without Spending Any More Money" and the call will be at the end of May. Since we are not charging there will only be 100 slots for each call, so make sure you register and dial in early (I have to pay for each person..)
