What is everyone's fasination with Diego Sanchez

Diego clearly won, and ALlessios lame arm bar or whatever it is was a long way from making a black belt tap out. come think of it, when was the last time in mma a BJJ black belt has actually tapped out?? yes they get KOd and lose on points. ref stoppage, etc, but when did one tap out lately? I cant rememeber off the top of my head

Alessio is from CANADA, thats right... CANADA... I dont remember the last time California was a province of Canada, but not when Alessio was born.

All he had to do to finish that armbar was turn the wrist over.. you would think with Jeremy Horn in his corner, he would have been given that advice.. instead he tried to armbar against his face. Not smart.

Second, to the guy who mentioned "did nothing with him on his back", it should have been stopped when Diego couldnt do anything on his back, the last 20 seconds he threw some punches, but he didnt do shit, its the same as laying on him in the gaurd, Lay and Pray, or in this case Ride and Hide... it should have been broken up, which would have led to more of Alessio dominating the standup and takedown defense.

I was hoping for more standup. But who knows what would hae happened. As for the fight J.A. won. And as for the local boy D.S. is from New Mexico. Don't you hate it when people talk about things they have no idea of.
