I was thinking of checking out some catch wrestling shooto techniques and saw this dvd.

Anyone know who yoshiaki Fujiwara and Dick Cardinal are?

I have not heard of either of those guys but if he has trained with Gotch in Catch wrestling I am sure he will have some really good stuff to show. I would say buy it if you have the chance, there is always something to be learned from everyone. Even if it is one technique that works for you the nit is worth it.

I don't know who Cardinal is but Fujiwara is a BAAAD man.
