      this was of general interest as some people have found the article useful, and actually want to learn how Ian trains.

      as for caps lock thing and manners - you will need to enlighten me on this issue?

        Usually, when someone wants to make a point, they type in all caps, just like shouting.

        So, by using the all caps, it is like you're shouting the info, thus the manners reference.

        Either you're playing dumb or new to the Internet.
        Hmmmm, I wonder which one.

            I am new to the chat zones, and can understand the first reply.

            Sorry for any confusion.

            The training article in question is about 5 pages long and details all aspects of Ians training - this will be revised as he develops more the need for increased cardio fitness in future fights.

                        Just a quick thank you from everone who has viewed our first post - even though my initial attempt was not the start I intended.

                        As we get more useful info I will post to this forum as it may be of interest to the readers. I will also post some personal views I have on the MMA, nutrition etc

                          If you guy's ain't tried out JTD's NO SURRENDER yet, you want to.

                          It is an energy drink with a kick. I drank it 30 minutes to a run and I was tired. 30 minutes later.........I sprinted 3 mile easy.
